1. What will my photos be printed on?

A. Your art will be printed on a Cotton/Polyester blend canvas material that is fade and water resistant. It features a uniform matte texture with special coating that allows for photorealistic printing. Of course your prints are for indoor use only.

2. What inks are used?

A. We feature Mimaki eco solvent inks in our printing process for vibrancy and durability that will last for years to come.

3. What protects my photos from light exposure and the elements?

A. Your art will be coated with a protective uv laminate that will keep your art looking as great as the day you pull it out of the box for years to come.

4. How is the canvas affixed to the frame?

A. The canvas is secured to the stretcher frame and clamped on the back. In this way your art can be hung without framing.

5. What is the thickness of the frames?

A. Your art will only look as good as the frame it is attached to. That’s why we use only the highest quality stretcher bars. They are 1.5 inches thick which adds to the
WOW factor when displayed in your home or office.


1. How much does shipping cost?

A. Shipping if free to anywhere in the continental US. Shipping outside the continental United States will have to be determined. This is quite a value that many other sites don’t offer, or low-ball you on the print price only to gouge you on shipping.

2. When can I expect to receive my art?

A. As every order is custom and we want to make it exceptional, we are not a canvas mill. We will usually ship in 5-7 days. Trust us, it’s worth the wait to have it right!

3. Can I make changes to my order?

A. If you have placed an order and need to make a change, contact us ASAP and we will do our best to stop the presses. If your order has already been produced or shipped, we cannot however turn back time. In that case, you will need to place another order.

4. What if I am unhappy with my order?

A. You will love your art!. But in the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your print, contact us and we will do everything humanly possible to make it right.

Copyrights and appropriate artwork:

1. Can I just use any art?

A. You will need to click on a box in the order process to confirm that you have the right to use the photos and art you are requesting. We cannot be responsible for unauthorized use of photographs and art.

2. What is the policy on pornographic images and/or offensive material?

A. Please don’t ask us to print anything you would be ashamed to show your grandmother. We reserve the right to reject any inappropriate material.

Uploading pictures and art:

1. What resolution do I need to use when uploading my art to the site?

A. Results will be best if your files are at least 300dpi. If your resolution is less than 300dpi, you will be prompted to accept the risk when you upload your art.

2. What if I am struggling with uploading or formatting my art?

A. Don’t panic! Just contact us and we can lead you through the process or create a custom canvas print for you. Remember, there is no such thing as a stupid question and we realize not everyone is a computer wizard.
